ARRIVAL

Raseborg Summerfest 2025 will be located near the center of Tammisaari. We recommend arriving by public transportation, bike or on foot.

ACCESSIBILITY

The area is park-like and mainly grassy. We strive to ensure that everyone, including guests with limited mobility, has the most pleasant experience possible. We will publish more information about accessibility on the website later. A separate ticket is not required for the assistant. If the person being assisted has a VIP ticket, the assistant can join the VIP area.

AGE LIMIT

The entire festival area is K-18. Please note that ID must be presented at the gate if necessary.

 

FOOD AND DRINK

The festival area has a wide selection of food and drink outlets, including vegetarian and vegan options. We will inform you about the food and drink selection closer to the event.​

SECURITY CHECK

A security check will be carried out at the entrance. If necessary, the security guards have the right to remove the wristband or prevent entry. We will publish instructions on permitted and prohibited items closer to the event.

SECURITY

The security guards will ensure the audience's comfort and assist if necessary. A good festival spirit and respect for others are of paramount importance to us. We have a zero tolerance policy towards violence and aggressive behavior. If you encounter or see inappropriate behavior, please contact a security guard or festival employee immediately.

TICKET BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY

• Only buy your ticket from official retailers, such as Lippu.fi and Ticketmaster, to avoid scams. 

• Do not share photos of your ticket on social media to prevent its misuse. 

• The purchased ticket entitles you to entry to the festival as a whole, not to a specific artist. Possible cancellation of an artist is not a reason for returning tickets.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

Most common payment cards and cash are accepted in the area. We recommend card payments to reduce queues.

 

MEDIA ACCREDITATION

We will inform you about media accreditation closer to the event.

 

CLOAKROOM​

There is a paid doorlock service at the gate, where you can leave your belongings.

 

FILMING AT THE EVENT

Photos and video material will be recorded at the festival site for the use of the event organizer. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the photographer. The photos may be used in the marketing of the event. Your own photos and videos may be taken with phones and small digital cameras. Professional-use system cameras and video cameras must be accredited separately in advance.
