A completely new two-day festival Raseborg Summerfest 2025 will be held in Tammisaari, Raseborg on 15-16 August 2024. The event is organized in cooperation with All Things Live and NoHo Partners. The festival will be held in the beautiful Stallörinpuisto, which has a long tradition as a venue for various music festivals and summer events. The traditional park has previously hosted, for example, Popkalaset, Scandinavian Guitar Festival and Rocktåget, as well as concerts by several artists, including Toto, Deep Purple, Tomas Ledin, Gyllene Tider and Benjamin Ingrosso.

The first announced acts for the festival are Pandora, beloved by Finns, one of Sweden’s most popular live bands, Bo Kaspers Orkester, which has an established audience in Finland, Swedish giant favorite, platinum artist Miss Li, and the comedy group KAJ, which performs in the Vöyri dialect.

“It’s great to organize a brand new festival. It’s important to use the Raasepori name in the marketing,” says Zachris Sundell from concert organizer All Things Live, which is organizing the event together with NoHo Partners. “The place is unique, and the park is familiar to us, as we participated in the drinking activity last summer,” adds Niko Hallanmäki from NoHo Partners. “A big thank you to the city for this opportunity,” he continues.

It is important for the festival to work in cooperation with local actors who know the area, its dynamics and the demands of the audience. Stallörinpuisto is a significant venue for local, Finnish, Swedish and international artists, and is also an important part of the cultural offering of Raseborg, Finland and Swedish-speaking Finland. In addition, the park has become a popular meeting place for a wide audience that appreciates Swedish-language music and international and domestic performers. Over the past ten years, events held there have attracted audiences of up to ten thousand, which has a positive impact on the local economy.

Zachris Sundell says: “We are continuing with the line that has worked year after year. We offer the adult audience a diverse range of current artists, nostalgia and local talents who get to perform on the big stage of Stallörinpuisto”. He was also involved in planning the Tomas Ledin concert in 2022 and greatly appreciates Swedish-language music: “Swedish-language music has always been an important part of the cultural whole, and this line will continue in the future”, he adds.
